Palad-Yap affectionately known as Cynch to her clients and friends.
My name is Victor Bacal and I am a resident of Pleasanton California. When I
entertained the idea of owning a condo in the Philippines, I did a lot of
research and took my time to make sure I make the right decisions.
Having been born in Manila and moving to the states when I was in my twenties, I
have a tendency to be extra careful and guarded when it comes to investing my
hard earned money in the Philippines. I have tried several brokers and for
various reasons red flags and trust issues were raised and I crossed them off my
list.
I threw the same difficult and direct questions at Cynch when I first met her
and she not only passed with flying colors but I was impressed with her patience
and professionalism when dealing with a difficult client like me. I find Cynch
very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business and she has inside
information gleaned from years in the business that is not available to ordinary
people like myself. She has yet to give me bad info or advise and when she is
not sure of the answer she knows where to find the inside scoop.
If I was to come up with the most important quality about Cynch, it would have
to be her responsiveness to my questions or needs. It is not surprising to get a
reply to emails sent late in the night Manila time and most of the time it is on
the same day taking into consideration the time difference between the US and
Philippines.
If you are a future buyer of real estate in the Philippines I am sure you have a
lot of questions and uncertainties just as I did before I made the decision to
buy. I don't think I can address all those concerns in this letter but please

bought a unit at The Grand Hamptons - Tower 2, the 4th Build-To-Own (BTO)

Many condo unit owners are based abroad and eventually, when the condo unit is
turned over to them, the next question is "Who'll take care of my condo while
