The City Center forms the physical core of the Bonifacio Global City, and is essentially designed as a three-by-three matrix of high-tech offices and residential buildings, busting retail outlets and pedestrian-friendly roads and walkways. The Retail Promenade
Encompassing the 29th Street is the Retail Promenade characterized by abundant landscaped areas. Its design concept is centered on a east-west central access with well-known brands and various activity pods. It offers retail at the ground level and offices at the second floor.

This pedestrian highway is a 40-meter wide, green, landscaped retail strip with a length of about 400 meters cutting across the city center. The City Square Blocks
