The business center which will be available for meetings is conveniently located at the ground floor. Other services offered are fax transmittal and photocopying.

Located on the ground floor, the chapel may be visited for private meditation and prayers.

facilities is located on the ground level.

A function room is available for the use of our residents. It can accommodate a gathering of 70 persons.

The building is equipped with a convenient garbage chute located near your unit's fire escape stairwell. Garbage segregation is done by Housekeeping.
4) Mail Service and Other Deliveries
Outbound and inbound mail will be accepted. You will be advised twice a day to pick up mail, parcels and other deliveries from the mail room located at the lower ground.
5) Parking
There are 1,354 parking slots. Close to a 100 of these slots are provided for visitors at the lower ground level. To call for your driver, a paging system is available at the concierge.
6) Pest Control
Regular treatment and fumigation are performed in all areas of the building every month. The cost of this is part of the association dues. (Note: Association dues are currently pegged at P 80/sqm).
