How to make a reservation

1) You simply remit the Php 50,000 (for 1-BR and 2-BR) and Php 75,000 (for 3-BR) reservation fee to G&W Architects Bank account (Name of the Bank is : I-Bank /International Exchange Bank)

Note: Pls fax copy of the remittance note to me +632- 952-2426 or simply scan it and e-mail to me (cynchyap@realestatemovers.com) for easy tracing of payment.

2) For clients based in the USA, you can issue dollar post dated checks for succeeding payments payable to : BANCO DE ORO. (Note: Client will be provided a payment schedule for his guide).

3) Please provide the following information:

a) Complete name of buyer/s (Important: The name which will be used is the same name that appears in the passport. Please indicate if the buyers are "Spouses".)
b) Complete address
c) Contact numbers
d) Nationality
e) Civil Status
f) Complete address where documents will be sent

4) Documents needed:

Photocopy of passport + valid ID
1"X1" picture

5) Contracts will be sent to client for signature:

a) Contract designating G&W Architects as Project Manager
b) Contract designating Banco De Oro as the depository and disbursement bank
