Background
Cynthia Palad-Yap Real Estate Movers,
Inc. (CPY REMI or Real Estate Movers) is a licensed
brokerage group (Real Estate Broker's License # 12839-R) which provides efficient
professional service to clients who are looking for office
space and/or residential condominiums to rent or purchase within
Bonifacio Global City (Fort Bonifacio),and Makati City.
Real Estate Movers, Inc. also assists
Filipinos based abroad and foreigners in selecting the right property
which will fit their needs.
Our services
range from scheduling site inspections up to negotiating with the
property owners the best terms for your investment. We will also
be doing property management services for clients who are based abroad.
The Real Estate Broker
To date, Cynthia Yap (most clients call her "Cynch") has 15 years of
experience in the real estate industry.
After graduating from the University of the Philippines in Los Banos (UPLB)
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management (cum
laude), she joined the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)
as an Economic Development Analyst. After three (3) years, she
pursued her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University
of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.
Cynch then joined the marketing team of First Pacific Davies (Phils.),
Inc. as a Commercial Property Negotiator focusing on office space sales
and rentals within the Makati Central Business District.
In 1995, she joined C&P Homes, Inc., a publicly listed company and one
of the Philippines' top real estate developers and became one of
the Marketing Managers. At C&P Homes Inc., Cynch was assigned to the
different divisions namely, Palmera Homes, Inc., Crown Asia, Brittany
Development Corporation, and Masterpiece Properties, Inc. Specifically,
she was exposed to the different aspects of brand management, marketing
services, market research and marketing network management.
After five (5) fruitful years in C&P Homes, Inc., Cynch decided to
become an entrepreneur and formed CPY Real Estate Movers, a sole
proprietorship, in Jan 2001. In February 2005, it became a
corporation bearing the name, Cynthia Palad-Yap Real Estate Movers, Inc.
(CPY REMI) or Real Estate Movers for short.
Real Estate Movers is fully committed in
"Helping Businesses and Investors with Efficient
Real Estate Services". We are very comfortable in
dealing with corporations and with individual investors including
Filipinos based overseas. We put a lot of premium in protecting
the interest of our clients, thus, we only deal with reputable
developers who have good track records. For other properties, we
ensure that the titles are clean and free from liens.
Cynch's academic and professional background speak highly of the kind of
service that Real Estate Movers, Inc. provides to prospective clients.
Cynch is also the owner of the website
www.fortboniconsultancy.com,
a real estate consultancy company which concentrates on condominium
sales and rentals in Bonifacio Global City (aka Fort Bonifacio)
including after-purchase property management services.
